FOR B.A. (HONS) POLITICAL SCIENCE

Minimum qualification for admission to B.A.(Hons.)shall be 50% marks in aggregate of Senior Secondary Certificate Examination(10+2 Standard)of Board of School Education,Haryana or of any other Board Examination recognized as equivalent there to with English as one of the Subject or 50% marks in the subject Hons.Course.

  4. Paper-IV : English(Subsidiary Subjects)

 

ELIGIBILITY:

For B.A. General 

A student will be required to take up the following subjects:

COMPULSORY SUBJECTS: 

  1. English
  2. Hindi or Punjabi
  3. Computer Examination (Level I)

ELECTIVE SUBJECTS:

Any two of the following subjects provided that language offered as a compulsory subject shall not be offered as an elective subject:

  1. Hindi/Punjabi

  4. Political Science
  5. Mathematics
  6. Music(Vocal)
  7. Rural Industrialization
  8. Health & Physical Education

  1. a) Every candidate must offer Hindi either as a compulsory subject or as an elective subject.
  2. b) The environmental study/course in the Ist year of under graduate classes (B.A./ B.Sc./ B.Com. etc) will be a qualifying compulsory paper and the students will be required to pass with 35% marks for graduation degree. c) Basic computer for all students other than those having computer science as a subject.
