A 7- Second Camp by NSS Unit

A 7-second camp was started by NSS unit of local Mukand Lal National College, Yamunanagar on 12th April in village Damla district Yamunanagar. This camp was organized under the title of "Self-reliant India" under the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence. The camp was inaugurated by Vishu Pratap and Anil, Assistant Directors of Micro, Small and Medium Industries and said in their statement that micro, small and medium industries are the backbone of the country’s economy which gives employment to the people. He inspired all the volunteers to become self-reliant and, proving the title of "Self-reliant India", made the volunteers aware of many schemes to start their employment. At the end of the program of the first day of the camp, cleanliness drive was conducted. 200 volunteers participated in this camp. Dr. Jitendra Singh, Prof. Manjeet Rani, Prof. Ajay Kumar and Dr. Poonam were present on this occasion. On the first day of this camp, the acting principal of the college, Dr. Ritu Kumar congratulated all the NSS officers.
