A lecture on the importance of languages

A lecture on the importance of languages in India was organized by Self-reliant India Cell on December 13, 2023 in the last week of eleven weeks of activities under the Hindi Language Day series at the local Mukand Lal National College, Yamunanagar. The coordinator of this lecture was Dr. Deepmala. While addressing all the teachers and students, Dr. Deepmala presented her important points on the importance of Indian languages in ’Self-reliant India’. In the lecture, Dr. Amandeep Batra highlighted the importance of language for students to establish business at global level and work in other fields. Dr. Rahul Singh shared the important facts with the students to become self-reliant. He also asked the students to learn different languages. Dr. Manisha and Assistant Prof. Dimple from Hindi Department were also present in this lecture.
