A one-day camp on financial management was organized by the Atmanirbhar Bharat Cell and Career Counseling and Placement Cell of the local Mukand Lal National College, Yamuna Nagar. In this camp, Mr. Chetan, Manager and Mr. Shamim, Regional Manager, Canara Bank, were the keynote speakers. The main objective of this camp was to make the students aware of the importance of financial literacy and management. In their speeches, the speakers informed the students about the various products of the bank. 105 students participated in this camp. The most attractive topic for the students was education loan management. In which the students asked many questions and the speaker answered all the questions. The workshop was organized by Dr. Deepmala, Dr. Nitya Kaushik, Dr. Vakil Singh and Dr. Pooja Rani. On the successful organization of the camp, the college’s acting principal Dr Anil Dhawan and senior professor and head of the commerce department Dr Manohar Goyal appreciated the enthusiasm of all the participants and encouraged them to participate with similar enthusiasm in the future as well.
