An awareness program on employment opportunities for the students

Mukand Lal National College, Yamuna Nagar, Placement Cell and Penguin Biological Society organized an awareness program on employment opportunities for the students of the college. In which Mr. Girish Anand from Chanakya Academy, Chandigarh, motivational speaker, Mr. Akash ji, Alumni of IIT Kanpur (UPSC) etc., as resource persons, informed the students about the opportunities available in the Union Public Service Commission. The program was started by presenting a memento to the Director, Chanakya Academy, Chandigarh. After this, Dr. Anil Dhawan, Executive Principal motivated the students to keep working hard continuously. After this, motivational speaker Girish Anand motivated the students to work hard according to their goals and made them aware about effective communication. After this, Mr. Akash ji answered the questions of the students about the eligibility, time limit and application process of UPSC exam and the confusion spread about the examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission. He gave information about the syllabus of this exam and the books available for its preparation and how to pass this exam. 300 students were present during this activity. Senior professors of the college were also present in this program.
On the successful organization of the program, the acting principal of the college Dr. Anil Dhawan congratulated all the members of the placement cell and encouraged them to organize such activities in future as well.
