An orientation-cum-training program organized by the Self Finance Department

An orientation-cum-training program related to placements was organized by the Self Finance Department of Mukand Lal National College, Yamunanagar. Speakers on this occasion were Mr. Arun Goyat, (Proprietor of Code Quotient Company), Mr. Dipankar Dutt (Head of Sales), Mr. Baljit Singh and Mr. Amit Ghai. The objective of this training program was to prepare the students for placements. About 150 students from the second and third year of the Faculty of Science participated in this training program. The guest speakers explained the difference between product based company and service based company to the students and motivated them to have a positive attitude towards career and job. Dr. Niti Daryal, Head of the Department of Self Finance said that such training programs are very helpful for getting a job in a good company. This will greatly benefit the students in the future.
The acting principal of the college, Dr. Rahul Khanna said that such programs are the need of the hour to give complete knowledge about the job to the students.
