Annual talent show by the Rangmanch
Like every year, the Rangmanch of the local Mukand Lal National College successfully organized the annual talent show (Pratibho Khoj) this year as well. The main objective of this program is to bring out the hidden talent in the students. Organizing such activities is necessary for the overall development of students along with education. In this two-day program, about 247 participants of the college participated in various competitions and got first, second and third place and consolation prize. The entire program was organized under the leadership of Rangmanch coordinator Dr. Bhavana Sethi and co-coordinator Dr. Jitendra Singh. The results of these competitions were as follows:-
In the painting competition, Shamita got first, Simran second and Dhairya got third place. In the solo dance competition, Raghav Sharma got first, Nandini second and Hitasha got third place. In the solo singing competition, Rahul got first, Meenal second and Ajit got third place and Dhairya and Ashish got consolation prize. In the musical instrument playing competition, Arpit got first, Ishpreet second and Samridhi got third place and Harshdeep got consolation prize. Akash got first place in mono acting competition, Shreya got second and Ajay got third place. Ajay got first place in mimicry competition. Shreya got first, Khushboo got second and Palak got third prize in poem recitation competition. Ikleen Kaur got first, Vanshika got second and Diksha got third place in speech competition. Palvinder got first, Aman Mishra got second and Tarun got third place in quiz competition.
In the end, the acting principal of the college Dr. Anil Dhawan congratulated the organizers of the program and all the teachers and colleagues for making the competitions successful. He also said that such activities help in the all-round development of students and bring out the leadership ability in them. Dr. Dhawan also thanked the college management for the beautiful infrastructure and cooperation. All the winners were awarded and in future also the students were encouraged to participate in cultural activities with great enthusiasm.
