Birth anniversary of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh was celebrated

A lecture was organized on 24th September in the auditorium of the local Mukand Lal National College by the Department of Political Science, History and Hindi on the occasion of the birth anniversary of ’Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh’. The chief guest of this lecture was Dr. Ramesh Kumar Dhariwal, Associate Professor, Government College, Aharwala (Bilaspur). The acting principal of the college, Dr. Anil Dhawan and the head of the political department, Dr. Shri Prakash, welcomed the chief guest by giving him a planter. In his lecture, Dr. Ramesh Kumar explained in detail about Shaheed Bhagat Singh and other revolutionaries associated with him and their contribution in the freedom struggle. The keynote speaker shared his valuable thoughts with the students by presenting many important facts related to their history. The stage was conducted by Assistant Professor Neha.
The acting principal of the college, Dr. Anil Dhawan, congratulated for the successful organization of this lecture. Dr. Manisha, Prof. Abhilawat, Dr. Simerdeep Singh, Prof. Rajendra Singh were also present on this occasion.
