NSS Foundation Day was celebrated

Mukand Lal National College, Yamuna Nagar celebrated NSS Foundation Day with great enthusiasm on 24th September. NSS volunteers were felicitated for their selfless efforts for the betterment of the community. Students actively participated in singing, dancing and speech competitions based on NSS and patriotic themes.

NSS Programme Officers Dr. Pooja Rani and Dr. Rahul Singh informed the students about the objectives and functions of NSS and emphasized the important role of volunteers in nation building. The celebration highlighted the importance of social responsibility and provided a platform to the students to showcase their talents and encouraged the spirit of service and patriotism.

Dr. Anil Dhawan, Acting Principal of the college appreciated the enthusiasm of the volunteers and participants and motivated them for such active contribution in future events as well.
