Personal Excellence Club organised Mock Interview Programme

Mock Interview Programme organised at Mukand Lal National College, Yamuna Nagar The Personal Excellence Club of Self-Finance Department of Mukand Lal National College, Yamuna Nagar successfully organised a 5-day mock interview programme from 24th to 28th September, 2024. The main objective of the programme was to hone the interview skills of the students and boost their confidence so that they can achieve their career goals in future. Around 170 students participated in the event. This mock interview programme consisted of five major stages- Aptitude Test, Group Discussion, Psychological/Technical Test, Telephonic Round, Personal Interview.

All these stages were conducted just like the actual placement process, giving students an opportunity to improve professional skills. The programme was conducted under the leadership of Komal Kaur, Analjit Kaur and Gurpreet Kaur whose team and club members managed the event efficiently. Dr. Neeti Dariyal, Head of the Department of Self-Finance, while addressing the students on this occasion, said that such programs play an important role in preparing students for the challenges of real life. She emphasized that such events help students gain confidence and professional competence. This event provided a great platform to the students not only from a professional point of view but also for personal development.

The acting principal of the college, Dr. Anil Dhawan congratulated all the organizers for the successful organization of this program and inspired them to organize such activities in future as well.
