Personal Excellence Club (SF Dept) hosted a 4-day Mock Interview Event
The Self-Finance Department’s Personal Excellence Club at Mukand Lal National College in Yamuna Nagar hosted a 4-day Mock Interview Event from October 3rd 2023 to 6th October 2023. Its purpose was to enhance students’ interview skills and boost their confidence in pursuing their career aspirations. The event comprised of four rounds: Aptitude Test, Group Discussion, Psychometric/Technical Test, and Personal Interview Round. These rounds replicated a real-world placement scenario, promoting professional growth. On 14th October 2023, an additional HR round was arranged to make the students aware of their strengths and weaknesses. This round was conducted by Mr. Anil Kamboj, Training and Placement Officer and Ms. Ditya Monga, PDP trainer from JMIT, Radaur. Ms. Komal Kaur, Ms. Analjeet Kaur, and Ms. Diksha, along with club members, efficiently managed the event.
Dr. Neeti Daryal, HOD of the Self-Finance Department, underscored the significance of such events in preparing students for real-life scenarios. Dr. Ritu Kumar, Officiating Principal of the College, applauded the dedication of students and staff members in grooming the participants.
