Pranjal Kakkar, NCC Cadet shines at Republic Day -2025

Pranjal Kakkar, an NCC cadet from Mukand Lal National College brought laurels for the institution, district and the state with an outstanding performance at the Republic Day Camp (RDC) 2025.  Upon the Cadet return to the College, the Principal Dr. Anil Dhawan welcomed her and congratulated the NCC unit of the College and Col. Jarnail Singh and Col. Jitender Dahiya Officers at 14 Hr. Battalion who played a significant role in preparing Pranjal for Republic Day.     

The journey to RDC 2025 is rigorous process for a student.  After three intensive Pre-RDC camps one earns the prestigious honor of representing the directorate in the Republic Day.

Pranjal took on several key roles at RDC 2025, demonstrating her versatility and leadership: Flag Area Briefing, Ballet Performance, Hall of Fame Briefing, Master of Ceremonies: Pranjal effectively coordinated sessions featuring PVC awardee Subedar Major Sanjay Kumar, Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar, ensuring the smooth execution of the event.

In recognition of her extraordinary performance, Pranjal was awarded the DG Commendation Card, a prestigious honor highlighting her dedication and excellence at RDC 2025.

Pranjal’s achievements stand as a testament to her hard work, perseverance, and the values instilled through NCC training. Principal Dr. Anil Dhawan congratulated NCC officers Major Shri Parkash and Captain Mamta Oberoi for this achievement.
