Swachhata Abhiyan under Special Campaign 4.0

Mukand Lal National College, Yamuna Nagar successfully organised a Swachhata Abhiyan under Special Campaign 4.0 launched by University Grants Commission (UGC) to promote cleanliness and reduce pendency of cases. The programme aims to promote cleanliness in the college campus and surroundings.

The drive was led by National Service Scheme (NSS) volunteers who actively participated in cleaning various parts of the college. The programme was supervised by NSS Programme Officers Dr. Vakil Singh, Dr. Pooja Rani, Dr. Rahul Singh and Dr. Ankur who are also the Nodal Officers of the drive.

Dr. Anil Dhawan, Officiating Principal of the college emphasised on the importance of maintaining cleanliness in and around the campus. He appreciated the enthusiasm of the NSS volunteers and also lauded the leadership of the Teacher Incharges in this initiative. The drive is part of a larger effort to inculcate a sense of responsibility towards cleanliness among the students.
