Teacher Training Program by Self-Finance Department

TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM: 4^TH -6^TH APRIL 2022

The Department of Self Finance, MukandLal National College organized a three-day Teacher Training Program from 4^th to 6^th April 2022. The three day program was attended by the faculty of SF Department of the college and new joining from MukandLal Public School. Welcoming the guest speaker on the first day, Dr.Rahul Khanna, the officiating principal of the college welcomed the guest speaker and eulogized the efforts of SF Department for organizing the program. He highlighted the key objectives of the Teacher Training Program and elaborated the various contours of the theme of the program. 55 faculty members from SF Department and 12 staff members from ML Public School attended the program.

The first day started with the introduction of Teacher training program and its objectives.Ms.Raminder Kaur from Mukand Lal Public School was the guest speaker for the day. She enlightened the faculty with the topic of CHANGE MANAGEMENT. The session was followed by some interesting activities conducted by the Personality Development Department of the college.

The second day was conducted by Dr. Jaya Malothra from JMIT,Radaur. She talked about some effective teaching techniques. The third day session was delivered by Ms.Swati Wadhawan from Tilak Raj Chadha Institute of Management and Technology. Her session was about motivating self and others which the audience thoroughly enjoyed. The three day program was concluded by giving a token of appreciation to the guest speakers.      Dr. Neeti Daryal, Head of Self-finance Department encouraged and motivated the faculty by saying that these types of programs provide a platform to be confident, patient, innovative and visionary.The proceedings of the event were conducted by Komal Kaur and Kanika Batra.
