The results of speech competition

A speech competition on the title ’Importance of Blood Donation’ was organized by the Legal Literacy Cell of Mukand Lal National College, Yamunanagar under the chairmanship of Prof. Umang Bareja. The purpose of this competition was to motivate the students to donate blood. Students enthusiastically participated in this competition. Dr. Nitya Kaushik and Dr. Rameshwar Groch played the role of jury.
The results of the competition were as follows:
Priya, B.C.A. third year secured first, Ayushi, B.Sc. third year, second and Janvi, B.Sc., third year secured third position.
The acting principal of the college, Dr. Rahul Khanna honored the winners with medals and citations and encouraged the students and said that by donating blood we can serve humanity selflessly. Therefore, we should contribute actively in such programs. He congratulated Prof. Umang Bareja for successfully organizing the program and motivated him to organize such competitions in future also. Dr. Rachna Agrawal and Dr. Deepmala were also present on this occasion.
