A Campaign for Senior Citizen (2022)

Under the chairmanship of Prof. Umang Bareja and Prof. Poonam Roy, in-charge of Legal Aid Club of Mukand Lal National College, Yamunanagar, 14 students organized "Aging with Dignity - A Campaign for Senior Citizen (2022)" campaign. Visited old age home at Jagadhri. The purpose of which was to get legal aid to elderly people. Advocate Yash Raj, Advocate Sachin and Advocate Diksha were also present from the panel of DLSA, Yamunanagar to get legal aid. He made the elders aware of their legal rights and also made the students aware about how they can help them in getting legal aid.
The acting principal of the college, Dr. Rahul Khanna, described this campaign as a commendable work and congratulated Prof. Umang Bareja and Prof. Poonam Roy.
