A Lecture on Arts of Mind Control

An in-depth lecture on the subject “Arts of Mind Control” was organized at the local Mukand Lal National College, Yamuna Nagar, courtesy of the Self Finance Department and IHUB Divya Sampark, IIT Roorkee. The main speaker of this lecture, Yuva Margdarshak Mr. Sanjay Singh (Bachelor of Technology/Master of Technology and first in Chemistry in JEE exam) shed light on the art of mind through his lecture and said that how our mind affects us and how it can be controlled. He told that it is possible to know the subjects and control them through concentration of mind. We get this concentration through meditation and yoga. Along with this, all the teachers and students present recited the verses of Bhagwad Gita. Due to which it was felt that this is the means of concentration and control. Through this lecture, he told that it is also possible to study the brain and control the mind through psychology. This lecture was beneficial for teachers and students. This program was successful under the guidance and leadership of Self Finance Department Head Dr. Neeti Daryal. Dr. Rajeev Kumar Sharma was the co-coordinator of this program. College Principal Dr. Anil Dhawan congratulated all the organizers on the successful organization of the program.
