A personality development training session for first-semester B.Com. students

The Career Counseling and Placement Cell of Mukand Lal National College, Yamunanagar, organized a personality development training session for first-semester B.Com. students. The purpose of this training session was to develop self-confidence, effective communication skills, personality development, and skills necessary for future employment.
103 students enthusiastically participated in the training session. Keynote speaker Aarushi Negi provided useful guidance to students on how to enhance their personalities and communicate effectively with confidence. In her address, she discussed in detail the importance of verbal ability, communication skills, personal interviews, group discussions, resume writing, email writing, and effective English speaking, and offered practical tips for success in competitive exams and professional life.
College Principal Dr. Manohar Goyal addressed the students, emphasizing the importance of personality and skill development from the outset. He encouraged them to continually learn, move forward with confidence, and work hard to achieve their goals.
Dr. Nitya Kaushik, coordinator of the Career Counseling and Employment Cell, was present on this occasion, along with Dr. Praveen Khurana, Dr. Umang Bareja, Dr. Vakil Singh, and Dr. Pooja Jain. Cell members commended the students for their active participation and encouraged them to continuously develop their personalities and professional abilities.
