An online lecture was jointly organized by the Commerce Department and Placement Cell of the local Mukand Lal National College, Yamunanagar. The topic of this lecture was Primary and Secondary Marketing. Its objective was to make investors aware. The resource person for this lecture was Ms. Jeel Paresh Doshi from Krishna Foundation. Jeel Doshi is a well-known Certified Financial Planner. She has good experience in the corporate world and has presented many seminars on Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Auditing and Risk Management. He explained various facts related to primary and secondary market to the students effectively. How students can invest in share market, mutual funds, SIP and what they should keep in mind when they enter share market. Very detailed information was also given on SEBI. Many questions were asked by the students and they were answered very successfully and effectively.
All the professors of Commerce Department and incharges of Placement Cell were present there. Dr. Anil Dhawan, Chairman of Commerce Department, Praveen Khurana and Sunita Sikri were the organizers of this activity. Executive Principal of the college, Dr. Ritu Kumar congratulated for the successful organization of the program and inspired to continue organizing such activities in future also.
