Celebration of National Girl Child Day

A rally was organized on National Girl Child Day on 24 January 2024 by Dr. Amandeep Batra and Dr. Ankur, in-charge of the Women Study Cell of the local Mukand Lal National College, Yamunanagar. The title of the rally was “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao”. The rally was inaugurated by Dr. Ritu Kumar, Executive Principal of the college. This rally started from the main gate of the college, passed in front of Santpura Gurudwara, passed through the surrounding area and reached the college premises from the back gate of the college. About 50 students participated in this rally with great enthusiasm and raised slogans to make the people around the college aware about the protection and development of the girl child. Principal Dr. Ritu Kumar congratulated and congratulated everyone on the successful organization of this rally.
