Celebration of National Science Day and the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology 2025

Physics Department of Mukand Lal National College, Yamuna Nagar celebrated National Science Day and the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology 2025 by organizing an extension lecture on Quantum Physics and Career opportunities in Physics. Dr. Ranber Singh from Sri Guru Gobind Singh College, Chandigarh, engaged B.Sc. students with insights into quantum mechanics, its history, and modern applications. The session was attended by 200 students and featured interactive discussions on quantum computing, cryptography, and entanglement. Dr. Anil Dhawan, Principal of the college praised the initiative for bridging theoretical concepts with real-world advancements, reinforcing the college’s commitment to scientific exploration and innovation.
