Creative writing competition was organized

English Literary Committee, under the aegis of Department of English, Mukand Lal National College, Yamuna Nagar successfully organized a creative writing competition. The aim of this competition was to encourage literary expression among students. The event consisted of three interesting categories: Poetry Writing, Short Story Writing and Memoir Writing. Many students from Arts, Commerce and Science faculties participated enthusiastically and showcased their creative talent.

Dr. Anil Dhawan, Acting Principal of the college appreciated the enthusiasm and creativity of all the participants and encouraged them by praising the efforts of the organizing committee and teachers. On this occasion, professors of the English department, Prof. Sunita Kapoor, Dr. Rupender Kumar, Mr. Jitendra Kumar, Dr. Rahul Singh, Dr. Pooja Rani and Ms. Sakshi were present, with whose cooperation this program was successfully completed. This competition proved to be a live platform for young writers to express their thoughts and imaginations, which strengthened the spirit of literary creativity in the academic environment.
