critical lecture on Shakespeare’s play

A critical lecture on Shakespeare’s play "Merchant of Venice" was organized by the English Department in the premises of the local Mukand Lal National College. The guest speaker on this occasion was Dr. Chhatrapal, Assistant Professor, DAV College, Sadhaura. Dr. Ritu Kumar, Head of the Department of English welcomed the guest speaker. Dr. Chhatrapal, in his statement, threw deep light on all the forms of drama like characterization, subject matter, plot etc. and increased the knowledge of the students.

The acting principal of the college, Dr. Rahul Khanna, congratulated all the members of the English department for the successful organization of the program and motivated them to organize such speeches in future also. Dr. Ritu Kumar, Prof. Sunita Kapoor, Dr. Sumita Kanwar, Dr. Rupendra Kumar, Prof. Jitendra Kumar, Dr. Rahul Singh, Dr. Pooja Rani and Prof. Rama were present on this occasion.
