Digital Manifestation in Women s Lives (A New Normal) was organized by Women Study Cell

A national webinar was organized by Dr. Amandeep Batra and Dr. Poonam, in-charge of Women Study Cell of local Mukand Lal National College, Yamunanagar. The theme of the webinar was "Digital Manifestation in Women’s Lives (A New Normal)". The Vice-Principal of the college, Dr. GK Sethi, in his welcome address said that the title of the webinar has been chosen keeping in mind the present circumstances. The speaker of this webinar was Dr. Amanpreet Kaur, Assistant Professor (Research), Chitkara University, Punjab. In this webinar, the speaker discussed the impact of digital usage in all walks of life due to COVID 19, and also highlighted the opportunities of increasing self-reliance for women due to digitalisation. More than 200 participants from different colleges participated in the webinar. The acting principal of the college, Dr. Rahul Khanna congratulated the Women’s Study Cell on the successful organization of the webinar.
