Electoral Literacy Club organized college level poster making, installation/best out of waste and clay modeling competitions

Under the SWEEP activities directed by the Higher Education Department, the Electoral Literacy Club organized college level poster making, installation/best out of waste and clay modeling competitions on 20 September 2024 at the local Mukand Lal National College, Yamunanagar. For these competitions, the students were given the topics "Election and Voting" and "Environment". The students participated in all the competitions with great enthusiasm and performed well. Dr. Deepmala, Department of Mathematics played the role of judge. The results of the competitions were as follows:-
Aayushi Chaudhary got first place in the poster making competition, Abhishek Kumar Pasi got second place and Kartik got third place. Viveki and Chandni participated in the Installation/Best Out of Waste competition and got first place. Viveki got first place in the clay modeling competition. The acting principal of the college, Dr. Anil Dhawan, encouraged all the winners and honoured them with certificates and congratulated the Electoral Literacy Club members Palak, Vansh Jindal, Amanpreet Kaur and Kartik and the coordinator, Dr. Savita Garg, for successfully organising the programme.
