One Day Workshop  on English Language and Linguistics organised by Department of English, Mukand Lal National College Yamunanagar.

A one day workshop on Language and Linguistics was organised by the department of English, Mukand Lal National College Yamuna Nagar. Dr Jimmy Sharma from IIHS Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra was the Resource Person. She delivered two lectures on English Language Teaching and Critical Appreciation of Prose and poetry. The third session had presentations by the students. Around 50 students participated in this workshop. Dr. Ritu Kumar, Officiating Principal of the College gave the inaugural address. Dr Pooja Jain conducted the stage. Dr Sumita kanwar, convener of the workshop gave vote of thanks. Mrs. Sunita Kapoor, Dr Rahul Singh and Shri Jitender were present  on the occasion.
