Online State-Level Quiz Competition on HIV/AIDS

Mukand Lal National College, Yamunanagar (Haryana), successfully organized an Online State-Level Quiz Competition on HIV/AIDS. The event was conducted under the joint initiative of the Red Cross, Red Ribbon Club, and the NDLI Club with the aim of spreading awareness about HIV/AIDS among students and promoting health education across the state.

The competition received an enthusiastic response from participants representing various colleges of Haryana. Students showcased strong awareness, critical thinking, and commitment to social health issues through their performance in the quiz.

In the First Position, Jyoti Garg, a B.Sc. 3rd-year student from Indira Priyadarshini College for Women, Jhajjar, and Rajni Kaushik, a B.A. 3rd-year student from Kumari Vidyavati Anand DAV College for Women, Karnal, emerged as joint winners.

The Second Position was secured by Jaspreet Kaur, B.Sc. 3rd year, from D.A.V. College, Ambala City, alongside Kumkum Rani, an M.Sc. (1st year) student from Mukand Lal National College, Yamunanagar.

The Third Position went to Riya, a B.Com. 1st-year student from D.A.V. Centenary College, Faridabad.

The event was coordinated under the guidance of Dr. Savita Garg, Dr. Rameshwar Groach and Dr. Anju Nagpal. Dr. Anil Dhawan, Principal of Mukand Lal National College, congratulated the winners and appreciated the efforts of the organizing clubs for successfully conducting the state-level event.
