Rangoli competition themed Viksit Bharat 2047 was organized by the Women’s Studies Cell

A Rangoli competition themed ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’ (Developed India 2047) was organized by the Women’s Studies Cell at Mukand Lal National College, Yamunanagar, under the ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’ (Service Pledge Campaign). Students participated enthusiastically, showcasing their creativity and artistic talent.
Through their Rangoli designs, the students presented a captivating vision of a developed and self-reliant India. Using colors, geometric shapes, and creative patterns, they conveyed a message of a bright future for the nation.
Soni and Preeti (B.Com. 3rd Semester) secured the first position, followed by Khushi and Abhishek (B.Com. 5th Semester) in second place, and Komal and Himanshu (M.Sc. 2nd Year) in third place.
The event was organized by Convener Dr. Amandeep Batra and Co-convener Dr. Nitya Kaushik, under the guidance of Acting Principal Dr. Manohar Goyal. The winning students will be awarded certificates and prizes for their outstanding presentations. The competition fostered creativity, team spirit, and awareness regarding nation-building among the students. Prof. Parveen Khurana, Dr. Rachna Agarwal, Dr. Deepmala, Dr. Anju Nagpal, and Dr. Vakil Singh were present at the event.
