Slogan writing and poster making competition by EDC

Entrepreneurship Development Club (EDC) and Self-reliant India Cell jointly organized slogan writing and poster making competition on 21.08.2023 on the occasion of Entrepreneurship Day at local Mukand Lal National College. World Entrepreneurship Day is celebrated on August 21, whose main objective is to awaken the society about entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial world. So that people can come forward in the field of business and provide employment to themselves and others. More than 50 students participated in this competition. The results of the competition were as follows:-
Slogan Writing Competition:-
Sukhpreet Kaur I, Harsimran II, Jagriti Joshi III and Divya received consolation prizes.
Poster Making Competition:-
Sundaram Kumar I, Ragini II, Simran Basal III and Ashish received consolation prizes.
College’s EDC coordinator Prof. Praveen Khurana said that entrepreneurs change the face of the society and every time try to earn success by bringing some new idea. In the competition, coordinators Prof. Sunita Sikri and Dr. Jitendra Singh also told about the importance of Entrepreneurship Day while addressing the students. The team of EDC students put in a lot of efforts to make this program successful. Dedicated and Harshika told the participants about the entrepreneurial world that we too can become entrepreneurs. Jigyasa, Sukhpreet, Varinda, Harsimran, Rishta, Jasmeet and other students played important roles. Dr. Ankur and Dr. Vakil Singh played the role of the jury.
The Executive Principal of the college Dr. Ritu Kumar encouraged the students and congratulated the EDC and the Coordinator of the Self-Reliant India Cell for the successful organization of the program.
At the end of the event, Dr. Pawan Gaba and Dr. Anil Dhawan distributed medals and certificates to the winners. Dr. Manohar Goyal, Dr. Rachna Aggarwal, Dr. Mamta Oberoi, Dr. Bhavna Sethi, Rakesh Kumar etc. were present on this occasion.
