Two-days inter-college Cricket Tournament
A two-day inter-college Cricket Tournament was organized by The ‘Fit and Fine Club’ of Self Finance Department of Mukand Lal National College on 17th and 18th November 2022. The tournament took place in the MLN college ground and four teams from MLN College Ynr, JMIT Radaur, JMIETI Radaur, SJP Damla respectively participated in it with great fervor and sportsmanship. All the matches drew a big, enthusiastic crowd of students. On 17th November, the first match was held between JMIT Radaur and JMIETI Radaur in which JMIT won. In the second match, held between SJP Damla and MLN College Ynr, MLN College triumphed. On 18th November, the final match was held between the two winning teams of the previous day JMIT Radaur and MLN College YNR in which JMIT emerged victorious.
At the event, a host of eminent teachers from the Mukand Institutions were present namely Dr. Shree Prakash, Dr. Nirmal Singh, Dr. Ravi Kant, Mr. Gulshan Kamboj. Ms. Babita Sood, Mr. Abhilov, Mr. Pankaj and Mr. Rajesh were the co-conveners of the tournament. The event was a success under the able guidance of Dr. Neeti Daryal, HOD Self-Finance Dept. Dr. Rahul Khanna, Officiating Principal of MLN College Ynr, applauded the efforts of all the participants and enlightened the students about the importance of hosting such games in colleges.
