WORKSHOP ON PYTHON PROGRAMMING WITH IHUB DIVYASAMPARK

A 5-day workshop on Python Programming was conducted in collaboration with iHUB DivyaSampark (IIT Roorkee) by the Self-Finance Department at Mukand Lal National College from 21st to 25th January, 2025. The workshop was held at the college premises and benefitted 130 students from the final years of BSc IT(Hons.), Bsc CS(Hons.), B.com Computer Application, and BCA.

Engineer Prashant Singh took over the role of Resource Person for the workshop. With an experience of 7+ years in the field, he has trained tech wizards all over the country.

The workshop’s highlight was a comprehensive coverage of Python from basic to advanced level. The students were trained on and performed over 12 User Interface based projects using the segments of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science and went through an objective type assessment on the last day. This experience offered them hands-on training and confidence in how Python Programming works.

The workshop was navigated under the guidance and direction of Dr. Neeti Daryal, the Head of Department, Self-Finance. Dr. Rajiv Sharma was the co-convener of the workshop. The Principal, Dr. Anil Dhawan congratulated the department for the success of the workshop.
