Eligibility for the Course

UNDER GRADUATE

ELIGIBILITY

For B.Sc. Non Medical /Medical

A person shall be eligible to join the Semester-I, if he/she has passed one of the following examinations with English as one of the subjects and has also obtained in the aggregate at least 40% marks. However, the admission will be made on merit basis.

    1. Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2 Standard) of Board of School Education, Haryana.
    2.      

OR

  1. Any other examination recognised by the Academic Council as equivalent to (1) above with English as one of the subjects and with the prescribed percentage of marks, provided that the candidate seeking admission to B.S.c. Part – I should have passed the above examination in Science Group.
  2. The minimum pass marks obtained by SC/ST candidates in the qualifying examination for admission to a particular course will be considered as minimum eligibility condition



POST GRADUATE

M.Sc. (Chemistry)
vocational course of Four Semester duration.

ELIGIBILITY:

For M.Sc Chemistry

A person who has passed one of the following examinations of this university or an examination recognised as equivalent thereto, shall be eligible to join the first semester of the M.Sc. Course.

  1. i) Sc. (Hons.) Examination with at least 50% marks in the aggregate in the subject offered for M.Sc. course.
  2. ii) Sc. examination with at least 50% marks in the aggregate with Chemistry and any other two subjects at the B.Sc. level.

iii) All the Seats in M.Sc Chemistry with Specialization in Organic Chemistry will be filled as per eligibility condition mentioned above from both Mathematical & Non-Mathematical Streams.
